1. In a large bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, beer, and Worcestershire sauce. 2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the marinade mixture. Coat thoroughly and marinate for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat the oven to 375º F. 4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, until cooked through.
