Combine the olive oil, garlic, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Whisk in the beer until all ingredients are evenly blended.
Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill and grease it lightly with oil.
Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until done.
Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
