Steps
1. Drain the soaked black beans and rinse well.
2. In a large saucepan, combine the black beans, diced tomatoes, red wine, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes or until the beans are tender.
3. Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
