Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant and onion turns translucent.
3. Add the broccoli florets, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
