Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 4. Toss the broccoli to evenly coat it with the oil and seasonings. 5. Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly charred. 6. Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. 7. Serve hot as a main dish or a side dish.
