Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. 3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips. 4. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber slices, and diced cantaloupe. 5. Add the sliced chicken on top. 6. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle chopped mint and feta cheese. 7. Toss gently and serve immediately.
