1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet, stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5.
