Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove seeds and membranes.
3. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat.
4. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
5. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
6. Stir in cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper, cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Stuff the pepper with the meat and rice mixture.
8. Place the stuffed pepper in a small baking dish and dot the remaining butter on top.
9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pepper is tender.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
