Steps
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, baking soda, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion.
2. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and slightly sticky.
3. Shape the mixture into small, finger-sized sausages about 7 cm long.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the ćevapi for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with flatbread and sliced raw onions on the side.
