
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, minced garlic, paprika, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small finger-sized sausages (about 8 pieces).
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the ćevapi for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Warm the flatbread if using.
- Serve the ćevapi on the flatbread, topped with ajvar and chopped onions.

- 2 tbsp ajvar (roasted red pepper spread)
