Steps
1. Start by peeling and slicing the pear into wedges.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until melted.
3. Add the pear wedges to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and caramelized.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, crumble the goat cheese and mix it with the chopped walnuts, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Once the pears are caramelized, remove them from the heat and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
