Caribbean Hummus Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Steps

1. Heat a non-stick pan. 2. Spread the hummus on one side of the slice of bread. 3. Place the avocado slices on top of the hummus. 4. Put the pineapple cubes, sautéed bell peppers and shredded jicama on the other side of the bread. 5. Place the sandwich on the hot pan and toast it using medium heat. 6. Once the bread is toasted and the vegetables are warmed through, remove it from the pan and serve!
