Steps of Preparation: 1. Beat the egg and milk together in a mixing bowl until combined. 2. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Pour in 1/2 the egg mixture and tilt the pan to spread evenly. 3. Reduce heat to low and scatter cheese, tomatoes and herbs over the egg. 4. Allow the underside to cook for approx. 1 min and then fold one side of the omelette over the other. 5. Cook for a further 2 mins and then slide omelette onto a plate. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 1 Person: - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon milk - 2 slices cheese - 1 tablespoon chopped cherry tomatoes - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (e.g. basil, coriander, chives).
