Steps

1. Start by preparing the potatoes: Peel them and cut into sticks. Boil them with some salt in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. 3. Meanwhile, mix together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl. 4. Dip the fish in the batter and then into the breadcrumbs, coating them evenly. 5. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry fish for about 5 minutes each side until golden and crispy. 6. Finally, serve fish with chips and enjoy!
