A delicious potato cake with an English twist. Re-bearking the traditional savoury dish and substituting with cheese for a richer taste.
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Peel and grate the potatoes and place in a bowl. 3. Grate the cheese and add to the potato mix. 4. Fry the potato and cheese mix in a pan with a little vegetable oil. 5. Add the eggs, salt and mix well. 6. Grease a cake tin with oil. 7.Press the potato mix firmly and evenly into the cake tin. 8. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. 9. Cut into slices and Serve.
- 3 potatoes - 2 cheese (cheddar preferable) - Vegetable oil - 2 eggs - Half tsp of salt
