Steps

1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C. 2. Rub the beef filet with the coffee grounds, and season it with salt and pepper. 3. Heat a pan over high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, place the steak in the center and let it sear on one side for about 2 minutes. 4. Flip it and sear the other side for 2 minutes. 5. Place the pan in the pre-heated oven and let it cook for about 8 minutes (depending on your preference). 6. Take the steak out of the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
