
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sprinkle it with a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl mix the flour, the egg and some salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes in the egg-flour mixture and mix it until the chicken cubes are all covered.
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a large pan.
- Fry the potatoes, in medium-low heat, until they’re golden brown.
- Add the chicken cubes in the pan, and let it fry for about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
