English Fried Chicken and Potatoes

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sprinkle it with a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  3. In a bowl mix the flour, the egg and some salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken cubes in the egg-flour mixture and mix it until the chicken cubes are all covered.
  5. Heat up the vegetable oil in a large pan.
  6. Fry the potatoes, in medium-low heat, until they’re golden brown.
  7. Add the chicken cubes in the pan, and let it fry for about 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
