Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, diced chicken, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper.
4. Grease a small oven-safe skillet and transfer the egg mixture into it.
5. Arrange the steamed broccoli florets on top.
6. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
