
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill (or grill pan) over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the skewers and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
