Steps

1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add diced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften. 5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. 6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta mixture and cover the pan until cheese melts. 7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve hot.
