Cheesy Chicken with Bacon and Potatoes

This tasty dish of oven baked chicken and potatoes is made extra special with a delicious cheesy bacon topping and is sure to be an instant hit!

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Cut potatoes into cubes and add to a baking dish. 3. Place chicken on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Top chicken with bacon and butter. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. 6. Add cheese to the top and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. 7. Serve.
