Sauté until fragrant. 4. Add the minced meat to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned. 5. Remove from heat and stir in half of the shredded cheese. 6. Stuff the bell pepper with the mincemeat mixture, packing it tightly. 7. Place the stuffed pepper in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. 8.
