
Steps
- Heat the butter in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped veggies and sauté until they start to soften.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the omelette starts to set.
- Place a lid on top of the omelette and leave it to cook for a few minutes.
- Once the omelette is cooked through, fold it in half and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
