Cheesy Vegetable Omelette

Steps

  1. Heat the butter in a small frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped veggies and sauté until they start to soften.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the omelette starts to set.
  5. Place a lid on top of the omelette and leave it to cook for a few minutes.
  6. Once the omelette is cooked through, fold it in half and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
