Add bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp. 4. Reduce heat and add shredded chicken to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. 5. Add egg mixture and shredded cheese to skillet. Stir to combine 6. Reduce heat. Cover skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set, about 8-10 minutes. 7. Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until top is lightly golden. 8. Serve immediately or transfer to a plate and enjoy later!
