Crispy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

A delightfully easy dish that comes together quickly and bakes in the oven. The crispy, bacon-wrapped chicken breasts are packed with flavor and roasted to a juicy finish. A great weeknight dinner!

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 375˚F.
  2. Lay out the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season each chicken breast with garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Serve warm.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
