Steps
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper, then scramble it in the pan.
4. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.
5. Layer chicken slices on one bread slice, followed by scrambled eggs, pickles, and tomato slices.
6. Top with the second bread slice, mayonnaise side down.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
