Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
7. Add the diced tomatoes, nuts, olives, and dried oregano. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Return the chicken breast to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce.
9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
10. Serve the chicken with the nut and olive tomato sauce.
