Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
5. Transfer the mousse to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
