Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce to the skillet, allowing them to caramelize slightly.
5. Once done, remove from heat and let it rest for a minute.
6. Slice the chicken and serve it over cooked rice, topped with the pineapple and teriyaki sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
