
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
