Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent. 4. Add the cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, and cocoa powder to the skillet. Stir well to combine. 5. Add the chicken broth, tomato paste, and peanut butter to the skillet. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated. 6. Return the chicken breast to the skillet and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 7. Serve the Chocolate Chicken Mole with rice or tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
