- Steps of preparation:
- Slice each apricot in half.
- Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave until melted.
- Dip each apricot in the melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
