Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add grated carrot and diced tomato, cook until softened.
4. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the vegetables in the skillet.
5. Cook the omelette until set, then sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on one half.
