1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and chili powder. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 5. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave. 6.
