Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 3. Rub the coffee mixture evenly over the chicken breast, ensuring it is well coated. 4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). 6.
