Steps

1. Grease an individual ramekin dish with the melted butter. 2. In a bowl, melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted. 3. Once the chocolate is melted, add the egg yolks, milk, and sugar. Stir until everything is fully combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. 5. Carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. 6. Pour the mixture into the previously greased ramekin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. 7. Serve warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
