
Steps
- Grease an individual ramekin dish with the melted butter.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the egg yolks, milk, and sugar. Stir until everything is fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the previously greased ramekin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm with a dollop of cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
