Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
5. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of side.
