Cod in Tomato Sauce

This is a classic Mediterranean dish – easily prepared with few ingredients.

Steps

1. In a medium-high heat pan, add the olive oil and the garlic. Allow it to fry for a minute. 2. Add cod and fry it for 3-4 minutes. 3. Introduce the passata and salt to taste and mix everything together. 4. Lower the heat and let the sauce reduce for 10 minutes. 5. Serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.
