1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the ground coffee, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breast. 4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 5.
