1. In a small bowl, mix the brewed coffee, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge). 3.
