Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the brewed coffee, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and ensure the chicken is well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
5. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
