
Steps
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the brewed coffee until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to slightly firm up.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each truffle in unsweetened cocoa powder until coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes before serving.
