Steps
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
2. Stir in the brewed coffee until well combined.
3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to slightly firm up.
4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
5. Roll each truffle in unsweetened cocoa powder until coated.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes before serving.
