
Steps
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the crabmeat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Squeeze in the lemon juice and sprinkle the lemon zest over the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss again to evenly distribute the flavors.
- Serve the crab linguine in a bowl, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
