Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cook the fettuccine according to the packaging instructions. 3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and mix until combined. 4. Slowly add in the milk, whisking to combine. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and Italian seasoning. 5. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. 6. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. 7. Drain the fettuccine and add it to an oven-safe dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir to combine. Top with the mozzarella cheese. 8. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
