
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the fettuccine according to the packaging instructions.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and mix until combined.
- Slowly add in the milk, whisking to combine. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the fettuccine and add it to an oven-safe dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir to combine. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
