
Steps
- In a small saucepan, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt to the saucepan.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the pudding into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with banana slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
