Steps
1. Chop the carrots and onion into small cubes.
2. Melt the butter in a pot and add the carrots and onion. Sauté until they're cooked and soft.
3. Pour in the vegetablestock and bring to a boil.
4. Add the pasta and simmer until it's done, about 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve the soup hot.
