Steps
1. In a medium bowl, combine the fish, green onion, chili powder, garlic, cumin, coriander, and pepper. Stir together until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, yogurt, lime juice, and honey.
3. Add the olive oil mixture to the fish mixture, and stir together until evenly combined.
4. Place the flour in a shallow bowl. Take approximately 1/3 cup of the fish mixture and form into a patty.
5. Coat the patty in the flour and gently shake off any excess.
6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fish patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
7. Serve the fish patties with the aioli and enjoy!
