1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add diced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked through. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat with the creamy sauce. 6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and stir until melted and combined. 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
