1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Coat the chicken breast evenly with the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown. 5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
