Steps
1. Cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add the vegetable broth and cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese has melted.
5. Add the cooked penne and toss together until the sauce coats everything evenly.
6. Add the parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
8. Serve hot.
